The UNIDOSUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the Predatory Lending Webinar.  This training course will be available from Wednesday, March 12th, 2025.  This webinar class will be accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection via Blackboard Learn web application. Blackboard mobile is also available via Android and iOS. 

Predatory and abusive lending practices drain the wealth and resources families need to live on and thrive in the American economy.  Consumers are subject to loss of home and money, displacement and debt.  This webinar is designed to give housing professionals and advocates a brief overview of abusive lending practices – both in the high-cost small loan and housing finance markets.  The course will highlight the role of artificial intelligence and digital marketing in steering consumers to high-cost predatory credit.

Our courses are designed to provide options to multiple types of learners in one setting. We provide a virtual class facilitated by an instructor.
