The UnidosUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the Empowering Homebuyers: Navigating the Reconsideration of Value Process Webinar. The training will take place on Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, 12:00 PM- 2:30 PM EST. This webinar class will be accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection via Blackboard Learn web application. Blackboard mobile is also available via Android and iOS. 

This webinar equips housing counselors with the tools and knowledge to guide homebuyers through the reconsideration of value process. Participants will learn how to identify appraisal discrepancies, assist clients in preparing effective reconsideration requests, and advocate for fair property valuations. The session will also cover best practices, key documentation, and strategies for collaborating with lenders and appraisers to ensure equitable outcomes for clients.

Our courses are designed to provide options to multiple types of learners in one setting. We provide a virtual class facilitated by an instructor.
