The UnidosUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the eLearning Pathways to Credit Empowerment Course. The training will begin on September 26th through September 30th, 2022.

Through video lectures, learning activities, & assessments, this course shares principles and practices of credit empowerment with clients.  You will learn how to access credit reports, credit scores, credit building products, and other resources to support clients’ using credit for financial security and wealth building.  This course is unique from other industry trainings, as it provides competency-based learning; assisting students to achieve content objectives they need to perform their job effectively. A student can expect to commit 6-8 hours of online course time over 1 week through a virtual learning platform, Blackboard Learn.  There are also optional activities within the course manual that can be used as extra study practice. 

Our eLearning courses are designed to provide options to multiple types of learners in an asynchronous format. We provide training materials and exercises that can be done at your own pace. So, no needing to login at a certain time or completing assignments on a particular day, you can do this from work or home 24/7 within the scheduled dates of your course.   A scheduled, live Q&A session will be announced by your instructor and a notice will be sent prior to the session. The course manual can be downloaded and saved right to your desktop or you have 30 days from the course end date to log back in and review the materials.
