The UNIDOSUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the  Assisting Clients with Appraisal Valuation Webinar  .  This training will be on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022  from 12pm EST-2pm EST .  This webinar class will be accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection via Blackboard Learn web application. Blackboard mobile is also available via Android and iOS. 

Homeownership is the main avenue to creating wealth in America. However, amongst communities of color this has not been at the same rate and sometimes at all. This devaluation has been happening for many years and is only recently coming to light. This course will help you understand how appraisal valuation is attained and what to do if you and/or your client feels that they have received an unfair valuation.  

Our courses are designed to provide options to multiple types of learners in one setting. We provide a virtual class facilitated by an instructor. The course manual can be downloaded and saved right to your desktop.
