The UnidosUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the eLearning HCC: Tenancy Course. The training will begin on October 24th through October 28th, 2022.

This 1-week (7 day) autonomous course is focused on the topic of Tenancy directed to both the new and seasoned practitioners / Counselors. Tenancy is designed and focused to assist the practitioner / counselor in helping the counseling professional in passing the HUD required exam. focusing the information on the following subjects: Advantages of Renting, Tenant and Landlord Rights and Responsibilities, Deposits, Disputes and Renters Insurance, Leases and other Agreements, counseling steps, Avoiding Delinquency and Eviction. The seasoned counselor will gain refreshed topics and reminders of HUD’s take on this specific subject matter as compared to the regional work experience. This course supplements the UNIODOSUS Learning Alliance HUD Hybrid Prep Course in which takes a bigger dive in the subject matter for those practitioners that would like to take advance courses. The links shown in unit 6 of the manual and Black Board content are meant to be used as reference purposes for practical knowledge and not for preparation of the HUD exam.
