The UnidosUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the Discovering & Maximizing Your Coaching Superpowers Webinar.  It is an on-line training that can be taken directly from your office. Access to this training on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 from 12:00 PM- 2:00PM EST.  This webinar class will be accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection via Blackboard Learn web application. Blackboard mobile is also available via Android and iOS. 

Discovering & Maximizing Your Coaching Superpowers:   

•        Are there moments within your work when you’re just not sure how to motivate clients forward? 
•        Ever wonder why clients just don’t get it, or what makes them do the “crazy things” they do? 
•        Are you ready for a fresh approach to your work? 

When we can identify and work within our strengths, it generates more positive emotions and relationships and evokes greater vitality and meaning in our work and lives.  This session is designed to help participants discover their character strengths and best utilize them to improve workflow and maximize outcomes.  As well, this session is designed to help participants create an action plan for integrating a strengths-based coaching approach into their work. 

In this session participants will:

• Discover personal value strengths with VIA Character Strengths Assessment
• Explore how to utilize them to improve workflow and maximize outcomes 
• Learn to serve from a place of strength, and prevent burnout 
• Explore ideas for integrating a coaching approach into current work
