The UNIDOSUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for A Client-Centered Approach: Why Client’s Motivations & Values Matter Webinar.  This training is a prerecorded training and the course will be available from Tuesday, April 26th, 2022 .  This webinar class will be accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection via Blackboard Learn web application. Blackboard mobile is also available via Android and iOS. 

When it comes to serving clients, do you ever wonder why people just don’t seem to get it, or what makes them do the “crazy things” they do?  Are you ready to discover the hidden roadblock hindering clients' progress or growth?  Are you ready to learn how we can assist our clients in using their motivations to get moving towards their goals, so you don't have to do all the work?  

In this session participants will:

•       Discover the importance of recognizing client’s values, beliefs, and motivations

•       Understand the benefits of helping clients link their values and motivations to goals

•       Explore the benefits of clients determining their best fit path to success
