The UNIDOSUS Learning Alliance (ULA) is currently registering counselors for the Driving Success with Your CMS: Enhancing Client Engagement and Pipeline Management Webinar.  This training is training will be available on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023.  This webinar class will be accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection via Blackboard Learn web application. Blackboard mobile is also available via Android and iOS. 

This 90-minute webinar is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and strategies to effectively utilize a Content Management System (CMS) for managing and growing their client pipeline. Participants will learn essential features and practical techniques to optimize their CMS usage and enhance client engagement. By the end of the webinar, participants will have a clear understanding of how to implement and manage a successful client outreach plan using their CMS.

Our courses are designed to provide options to multiple types of learners in one setting. We provide a virtual class facilitated by an instructor. The course manual can be downloaded and saved right to your desktop.
