Hybrid+ courses This training model combines synchronous and asynchronous learning in the way that is seen in current online academic models. A participant will have the opportunity to engage in pre-scheduled mandatory live sessions using video conferencing (see technology requirements below) with the instructor and other students. Participants receive a physical course book or an e-book and will have daily activities throughout a 1-week or 2-week schedule and must login daily. Hybrid PLUS will host 10-15 participants per course and will allow for opportunities to work together in small groups throughout the live sessions. Participants will have access to the syllabus/agenda 3 weeks in advance to accommodate their work schedules around the training. Participants are encouraged to meet with their supervisor to block off time within their workday to not only attend live sessions but allow for sufficient time to complete course work. Estimated total time commitment per student is 3-5 hours a day. Obtain your course requirements for certification at a fraction of the cost of a regular in-person training! Hybrid+ will help you achieve competencies needed to fulfill certification requirements.
