Continuing Education Policy Applicants must complete The ULA Proof of Continuing Education Form with at least 30 hours of continuing education related to housing counseling, real estate, or mortgage lending. A minimum of 15 hours must be completed with ULA courses. Requirements for approval of non-ULA courses include course completion certificate, copy of course agenda, or other documentation that indicates the topics covered in the training and the number of training hours completed. All required items must be submitted with the ULA Application for Recertification for all continuing education submissions. Please refer to our list of accepted sources outside of ULA.
